We humans are so weird. We like to give advises, but rarely follow those exact advises ourselves I would say to people who want to start their own comic to just bloody start, but I would do so many sketches, studies, world building etc... Well, it's a bloody time to bloody start and just bloody do it
That's why I'm posting this, even if it still can change and evolve. But that's the point of webcomics, it grows over time.
I had many ideas and concepts, but I think this one is a keeper. Meet Isabella, my vampire wife. She's a banker
I've changed some details from previous WIP, apart from style , most notably her hair shape and ear rings. That's a small homage to Vampirella, and I think this shape for hair is a little more interesting, because it has more contrast.
I created initial story and characters, I don't want to overthink so I will start with couple of simple gags. And do this as time allows along other projects and client work. And who knows maybe start 100 Days of Making Comics with this, that's cool challenge. Big too long, but I will see how it goes.
I decided on this cartoony approach, because it's faster to draw and it can be exaggerated more. Plus some silly designs I have in mind will work better in this style.
Check my TWITTER for updates also. I'll post here only (more) finished drawings.

I think what you're doing is a good start. It took me a while to start my comic... It was best to just DO IT!
So I decided it's better to focus on silly, sexy and gag related theme. And to keep it simple, to write more in pictures And like you said, to just do it, not to worry about being perfect.
